In our exploration of luminary artwork, we looked at the seminal installations of light fixtures by American artist- Dan Flavin.

We want to invoke the essence and vibrancy of the Peruvian Landscape through these fluorescent neon glass tubes that strike exuberant colour. The illusion of light is diffused through a tie-dyed fabric that is inserted into the glass tube.

Guests are transported to a space that is energized and surreal. A rare imagination and a visual showcase of a modern open kitchen for a group of ten diners. 

A retrospective of fluorescent light against richly textured materials and raw finishes on the chef’s table evoke Peru’s changing topography and dynamic ecosystem that capture Martinez’a progressive culinary style.
