Set for a dynamic renaissance, we brought back to life Hong Kong’s historic judicial house, The Magistracy, together with hospitality pioneers Black Sheep Restaurants. The Magistracy Dining Room takes its cues from London’s most historic and traditional restaurants. The high vaulted ceilings and carved timber panels reignite memories of the structure’s historical significance, while rich oxblood leather seating and warm golden accent lamps create a plush and generous setting for guests to unwind.

Through vast arched detailed glass doors, the Majestic Dining Room spills out onto the Botanical Garden – a lush space abundant with green foliage. 

A maze of draped ivy, hydrangeas and ferns in terracotta and antiqued planters – the terrace feels immediately reminiscent of British heritage gardens. Hidden away from the busy Hong Kong streets, the Botanical Garden offers a welcome oasis for guests to unwind and enjoy the city’s finest gin & tonics and dishes helmed by MICHELIN-starred Executive Chef Matthew Kirkey.
