A buffet restaurant and gaming hall for members at the prestigious Hong Kong Jockey Club Shatin Racecourse. The challenge was to allow for diners to be sociable yet private, bringing groups of people with different energies together comfortably. A grand staircase creates a striking entrance to the theatrical space, which feels robust yet special.

Within Haymarket, we designed a variety of F&B areas within one space to inject a community element having the idea of a social house, or club, more than a restaurant – a place that feels like an all-day-F&B experience.
